Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow DevOps capabilities:
• CI/CD pipelines (ServiceNow DevOps / DevOps Change Velocity / DevOps Integration)
• Hands-on experience in:
• Integration with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
• Automated code deployment and release management
• Strong development experience in:
• JavaScript, Glide API
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs
• Flow Designer / Workflows
• Experience in:
• ServiceNow DevOps Change Automation and Governance
• Source control integration and update set management
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations:
• REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
• Strong knowledge of:
• DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, release pipelines)
• ITIL processes (Change, Release, Deployment)
