• 12-15 years of IT Security experience with delivery focus on Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Experience in working on various SOC based delivery models and ability to successfully execute SOC engagements
• Ability to drive SLAs and KPIs for SOC
• Experience working on network and endpoint security solutions in SOC environment
• Excellent SOC customer handling skills
• Good communication skills – Verbal and Written
