Job Summary

Are you the type of person who wants to solve problems for customers and has a passion for digital products? In this role, you will create and maintain a vision for digital products and provide iterative value to the organization through software delivery methods. We’re looking for a curious and collaborative advocate to drive key business outcomes through digital products.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and prioritize a product backlog.
• Establish the characteristics that define a minimally viable product delivering rapid value to the organization.
• Identify business problems by leading continuous discovery activities contributing to the data value with key stakeholders and customers.
• Demonstrate how software solutions meet strategic outcomes and support product adoption.
• Develop, track and document key metrics for market share, return on investment (ROI), customer satisfaction and user adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field with one year relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of refinement and product vision related to ROI using software development lifecycles (agile, lean, waterfall).
• Ability to work in a highly technical, cross-functional, and cross-cultural team environment, with a strong orientation toward results.

• Occasional travel is expected of this position
