Job Description

Our client is seeking a Jigsaw Data Migration & Cutover Lead who blends solution architecture with a product mindset, someone who can lead client workstreams, shape practical architectures, and help build market facing assets that grow pipeline and credibility in Houston.

This role is ideal for a high agency consultant who enjoys client facing delivery and practice building: thought leadership, events, offerings, and proposals.

Role Summary

Single accountable lead for data migration, Enterprise Data Platform onboarding and production cutover into IMOS. Leads the migration team and owns accurate migration, reconciliation, business acceptance and low disruption cutover.

Key Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy, roadmap, scope, sequencing, governance and acceptance criteria.
• Lead transaction, master and reference data migration, including mapping, transformation, conversion and loading.
• Own IMOS Snowflake onboarding into Shell Enterprise Data Platform and validate downstream reporting/data products.
• Develop the integrated cutover runbook, migration windows, freezes, rollback criteria and contingency plans.
• Lead rehearsals/mock migrations, production execution, hypercare and operational handover.
• Coordinate migration managers, data engineers, business analysts, SMEs, testing teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
