Full stack organic growth marketer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Organic Growth Marketer to own and scale our non-paid acquisition channels. You’ll build and run the systems that bring in qualified traffic, signups, and revenue through content, AI search visibility, social media and community, and you’ll be hands-on across the whole funnel, from strategy and research to execution, analytics, and iteration.

What you'll do

• Own the organic growth roadmap and the targets tied to it (traffic, signups, pipeline, revenue)
• Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities using data, competitive analysis, and customer insight
• Run a fast experimentation cadence: hypothesize, ship, measure, scale or kill
• Optimize for visibility in AI-driven search including entity coverage, citations content
• Plan, brief, and ship high-quality content
• Refresh and consolidate existing content to defend and grow organic KPIs
• Use automation and AI tooling to scale research, production, and QA without sacrificing quality
• Distribute content across owned and earned channels
• 2+ years of hands-on organic marketing experience, with a track record of measurable growth
• Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and can manage multiple workstreams
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with turning data into clear recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, in English
