Key Responsibilities

Application Operations & Monitoring

• Perform daily application health checks and operational monitoring to ensure service

availability and performance.

• Monitor application processes, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and automated workflows.
• Validate successful execution of system jobs and investigate failures, delays, and

performance issues.

• Support application upgrades, migrations, and environment validation activities.
• Proactively identify operational risks and coordinate remediation activities.

Access Management & Security Administration

• Process user access requests, modifications, and revocations across supported

applications.

• Ensure access governance and compliance with organizational security policies.
• Support service account and role validation activities when required.

Incident Management & Troubleshooting

• Investigate application incidents and operational issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with infrastructure,

development, and business teams.

• Track, prioritize, and follow up on pending incidents until closure.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolutions.

Data Processing & Validation

• Upload and validate financial summary, KPI, and operational data files.
• Support datapoint management activities and investigate data quality discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of application data through validation and reconciliation

processes.

• Monitor data transfer and workflow processes and address exceptions.

Batch Job & Workflow Management

• Monitor and validate AFL, IRR, and other scheduled batch jobs.
• Review execution results, troubleshoot job failures, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Analyze recurring job failures and recommend operational improvements.
• Ensure completion of daily, monthly, and business-critical processing activities.

Month-End & Periodic Operations

• Perform DAPPA month-end setup, configuration validation, and processing activities.
• Execute scheduled monthly and quarterly operational checks across supported

applications.

• Validate operational readiness and business processing requirements during reporting

cycles.

• Document findings and coordinate issue resolution activities.

Service Request & Ticket Management

• Manage support requests, incidents, and operational tasks through Jira and service

management tools.

• Maintain accurate ticket updates, investigation notes, and resolution details.
• Review and prioritize open requests, service tickets, and operational backlogs.
• Ensure adherence to agreed service levels and support processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and third party vendors.
