Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide architecture strategy, technology roadmaps, digital transformation initiatives, and governance frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, principles, standards, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
• Develop target-state architectures across application, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Lead large-scale banking transformation programs including digital banking, payments, lending, wealth management, and core banking modernization.
• Establish technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive cloud adoption, API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure architecture compliance, security standards, and adherence to enterprise governance processes.
• Define integration strategies across core banking platforms, payment systems, CRM, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Partner with delivery teams to review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Mentor solution architects, technical leads, and engineering teams on architecture best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
• Experience in banking platforms including Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, Cards, and Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of:
• Microservices Architecture
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• API Management
• Event-Driven Architecture
• Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, GCP)
