About Notch

Notch is a platform for building and managing AI agents for insurance, FSI, and Telecom, covering the full spectrum of your operation. Our agents work with your customers across voice, chat, and email, serve as internal co-pilots alongside your team, and automate the back-office tasks that keep your business running.

This ranges from taking every FNOL call to processing documents, verifying coverage/KYC, and surfacing real-time insights for your team-and everything in between. Every agent is orchestrated by ADAM, our operating layer that reads every interaction, identifies patterns in escalations, and builds new agents to close the gaps. Your automated footprint compounds. Your exception volume shrinks. Every decision is auditable and defensible to regulators, auditors, and reinsurers. Notch team raised $45M from top VCs, with offices worldwide and a team of 80 - and we are hiring!
