Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst with a strong foundation in digital analytics, ecommerce performance, and technical SEO. This individual will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, conversion performance, and site health, while delivering actionable insights that improve digital experience and business outcomes.

This is a hands-on analytics role requiring direct experience with GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics, as well as the ability to connect SEO performance to conversion and user engagement.

  • Comfortable owning end-to-end analytics from data collection to insight delivery
  • Able to clearly communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital performance across traffic, engagement, conversion, and user behavior
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for ecommerce initiatives
  • Perform funnel analysis and identify conversion optimization opportunities
  • Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to translate data into actionable insights
  • Support technical SEO efforts including site structure, indexing, metadata, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and analytics data accuracy across digital platforms
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and revenue performance

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or ecommerce analytics
  • Strong experience within retail or ecommerce environments (required)
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Proven experience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and digital performance
  • Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO tied to site performance and conversion
  • Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tagging and tracking (GTM, Adobe Launch, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
  • Exposure to analytics modernization or GA4 migration
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
