Key Responsibilities

• Design and build RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Work with AWS services, including RDS, SQS, and S3
• Contribute to and maintain infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Argo
• Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional engineering teams on technical design and delivery
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team rituals

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or a comparable async Python framework
• Comfortable working in a containerized, cloud-native environment (AWS, Kubernetes)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team

Preferences

• Experience with React or other frontend frameworks
