Head Mixologist - Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Mixologist to lead the beverage program at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. This role is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences, developing innovative cocktail concepts, driving revenue and profitability, and inspiring a high-performing bar team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily bar operations across the resort's outlets.
• Create and implement innovative cocktail menus and signature beverage experiences that reflect the Pullman brand.
• Drive beverage creativity, quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and develop bartenders and service team members to achieve excellence in product knowledge and service delivery.
• Monitor beverage cost, inventory, ordering, and stock control to maximize profitability.
• Analyze beverage performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams on promotions, events, seasonal menus, and special activations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and beverage partners.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, safety, and Accor brand standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging spirits, cocktail innovations, and luxury guest preferences.
• Support sustainability initiatives through responsible sourcing and waste management practices.
• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and executing the resort's beverage strategy.
• Minimum 3-5 years of mixology experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, upscale bar, beach club, or internationally recognized hospitality venue preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and current beverage trends.
• Proven experience in beverage menu development, costing, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique guest experiences.
• Results-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• English is mandatory.
• Thai is a real plus
• Knowledge of Accor standards is an advantage.
• A third language such as Russian, Mandarin, or German would be beneficial.
