Summary

The role involves developing and maintaining data tools and requirements in alignment with data standards. The position requires analyzing data to influence performance and manage expectations, focusing on Editorial Excellence, Comprehensive Editorial Evaluation, and Peer Review Services. The role demands an analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data to showcase value.

Responsibilities

• Generate performance reports and monitor vendor partner SLAs.
• Create and maintain data tools for performance models and ensure alignment across research models.
• Monitor and analyze platform/product/service performance and establish benchmarks and KPIs.
• Maintain superior data integrity management and troubleshoot integrity concerns.
• Create and maintain documentation in line with the Editorial Excellence Process Managers’ framework.
• Decide on the significance of analysis or data points and who needs to be informed.
• Provide assessment and analytical support for decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant industry experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant or transferable experience.
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel, including VBA, and intermediate to experienced user of SQL.
• Experience using PowerBI and statistical packages/tools such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS, STATA, etc.

Skills

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions within parameters.
• Strong English written and verbal language skills.
• Experience in analytics methodologies and understanding of Research Publishing platforms/products/services.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S.

is

$50.00 - $55.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
