Java Backend Developer

Summary

We are hiring a Senior Java Backend Developer. You will design and build Spring Boot microservices backed by Cassandra, deployed on Docker and Kubernetes. The role also uses modern AI coding tools to speed up delivery and keep quality high.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for backend services.
• Work with Cassandra for scalable data storage and access.
• Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Splunk and enforce code quality with SonarQube.
• Use AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot and Claude in daily development and CI/CD.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of professional Java backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Cassandra, Splunk and SonarQube.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical use of AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot and Claude.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of a front-end technology

Vue.js, Angular or React.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines that use AI tools.
• Background in the telecommunications industry.
