Job Summary

This role involves providing onsite technical support for live expert programs and retail locations, focusing on break/fix, hardware refreshes, and root cause analysis for computer issues. You will be responsible for supporting program build-outs, hardware replacements, and ensuring critical weekend coverage. The position requires strong diagnostic skills across various operating systems and effective resolution of technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 technical assistance for end-users.
• Manage hardware repairs and warranty processes.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of retail IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with both Mac and Windows desktop environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced corporate or enterprise environment is required for this role.
