Job Summary

This role involves developing and enhancing a high-performance customer segmentation engine, crucial for delivering personalized experiences. You will design and implement complex algorithms for query compilation, optimization, and evaluation at a massive scale. The position offers the chance to build foundational services used across multiple product lines within a collaborative engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement core components of a scalable segmentation engine.
• Develop advanced algorithms for query compilation and optimization.
• Build efficient query evaluation mechanisms, including incremental and streaming.
• Create tools for performance monitoring and error debugging.
• Iteratively improve deployed production services based on user feedback.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience building scalable query engines.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Java or Scala. Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in the digital marketing or customer experience technology sector is preferred.
