Job Summary

This role will lead user research initiatives to deeply understand employee needs and pain points throughout the product development lifecycle. You will translate complex research findings into actionable recommendations that directly influence product strategy and design decisions. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on research execution to improve enterprise software experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Synthesize research insights into clear, impactful recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops to foster cross-functional collaboration and co-creation.
• Guide problem framing through discovery research and concept validation.
• Evaluate product usability and user satisfaction to drive improvements.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven ability to independently conduct qualitative user research studies.
• Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience working in a product team focused on enterprise applications.

Industry Experience

• Experience developing enterprise software is strongly preferred for this role focusing on employee-facing tools and systems.
