Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Integrations, and Scripting, along with CSA and CAD certifications. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while adhering to platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer automations.
• Write efficient server-side and client-side JavaScript code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, scripting, and integration-related issues.
• Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide support for production issues, enhancements, and platform upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
