Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world business applications.

Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning solutions, particularly for NLP and sequence-based tasks.

Work with Transformer architectures and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).

Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML model deployment and infrastructure management.

Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Use MLflow for experiment tracking, model management, and lifecycle management.

Integrate CI/CD practices into machine learning workflows to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

5–6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Data Science.

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ (Python preferred).

Good understanding of traditional Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning concepts.

Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.

Strong knowledge of NLP, sequence modeling, and Transformer-based architectures.

Experience working with Hugging Face and open-source LLMs.

Proficiency in ML/DL libraries such as Scikit-learn and Pandas.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with MLflow, model tracking, and CI/CD practices.

Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments.
