Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Location

100% onsite in Hartford, Connecticut (Relocation okay)

Duration

6-month contract to hire

Tech (Qualification)

Salesforce development (LWC, Apex, Aura), Experience with AI tools (Agentforce, Einstein Bots)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with LWC, Apex, and Aura.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe methodology preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with onshore/offshore support models and offshore team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, Copado, and AutoRABIT.
• Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
