Salary Range

$125K-$139K/Annum

Job Description

• Own technical solution design. Guide engineering teams. Conduct design and code reviews.
• Manage technical risks and dependencies. Develop microservices. Implement authentication and authorization. Improve reliability and performance. Deploy containerized services.

Must have skills

• AWS Lambda, Agentic Workflows (Strong), Generative AI Fundamentals (Strong), Python (Strong)

Good to have skills

• The Senior Staff Engineer – Gen AI is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, requiring 5 days onsite per week.
• The candidate will design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications using Claude AI, RAG, Agentic AI workflows, LLMs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The role also involves building Python-based microservices, integrating AWS Lambda, designing technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and guiding engineering teams.
