Introduction

The role involves partnering with business and technology subject matter experts to maintain and evolve the Risk and Finance Technology Capability Model. Responsibilities include analyzing end-to-end processes, technology platforms, data models, and dependencies; developing architecture roadmaps; documenting recommendations; and supporting architecture and strategy governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a senior business and/or technical analyst, including documenting complex business processes.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and tracking implementation against agreed specifications.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering large-scale technology projects.
• Experience in logical data modeling, large-data-set analysis, and systems functional analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining business architecture models and implementing enterprise architecture strategies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one of ***’s eight lines of business and/or specific banking regulations.
• Extensive banking industry knowledge and understanding of supporting applications and systems.
• Hands-on software development knowledge, including reading and analyzing code.
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling; master data management; ELTL, data virtualization, and Data SOA; lineage and metadata management; and BI, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience or exposure to Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, HANA, Teradata, Hadoop/Spark, Informatica, DataStage, Composite, Tableau, MicroStrategy, ERwin, PowerDesigner, or related tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and across teams.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the technical concepts listed above.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
