1. Application Support Lead

Role Overview

Responsible for leading application support and production operations, ensuring application stability, service quality, and effective incident management.

2. L1 Application Support Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for providing first-level application support, monitoring production environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of incidents.

Essential Skills

• L1 application monitoring and operational support.
• Incident identification, logging, and initial troubleshooting.
• Service request management and ticket handling.
• Production health checks and alert monitoring.
• Runbook execution and operational procedures.
• Incident escalation and coordination with L2/L3 teams.
• SLA adherence and timely incident resolution.
• Basic knowledge of application operations and release support.

3. Migration POD Lead

Role Overview

Responsible for leading the migration workstream, driving legacy modernization initiatives, and ensuring effective planning and execution of migration activities.

Responsible for defining the architecture and technical strategy for modernizing legacy applications and transitioning them to the target-state technology landscape.

• Legacy system assessment and migration strategy.
• Application and data extraction approaches.

5. Platform & Integration Lead

Role Overview

Responsible for defining and leading integration architecture, platform connectivity, and API management capabilities across enterprise applications and services.
