Role Descriptions

The Advanced Business Analyst is a mid-level business analysis position and serves as a key subject matter expert for organizing and coordinating strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business team operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Business Analysts work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers

-5 years working in a financial services environment with special emphasis on coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross functional teams, programs or projects

• 2+ years working on the Salesforce CRM Platform
• 2+ years working on the nCino loan origination system
• 2+ years working with JIRA
• Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
• Advanced knowledge of general IT, and Business Operations
• Must possess solid leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Must have working knowledge of business productivity tools like Client Office, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Ability to be creative and think outside of the box to see the whole business picture while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects and programs simultaneously
• Able to work with strict deadlines and time pressure
• Excellent attitude and positive demeanor
• Ability to create and manage JIRA user stories throughout the SDLC process following AGILE methodology

Key responsibilities include

• Liaising with business units to gather requirements and ensuring compliance with project governance.
• The analyst will work with IT teams to optimize workflows and assist in defining delivery plans.
• Creating and managing JIRA stories throughout the SDLC process is a critical task.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute project plans.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

• Having a Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Experience with nCino loan origination system is beneficial. Advanced knowledge of IT and business operations will enhance the candidates profile.
• Familiarity with change management principles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Client Office tools is also desirable.
• Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in business analysis| particularly in financial services.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and JIRA is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC is also necessary.
• Leadership and organizational skills are critical for managing multiple projects effectively.
