Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to enhance the organization's processes and deliver successful initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, frameworks, and operational practices.
• Knowledge of incident management, threat hunting, malware analysis, forensic investigation, and containment procedures.
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, PAM, and identity governance.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy, WAF, and Zero Trust concepts.
• Ability to analyze security events, correlate logs, and identify threats.
• Strong cybersecurity operations and risk management experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate workshops to elicit business needs.
• Analyze current business processes, document current-state and future-state processes, and conduct gap analyses.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure delivered solutions align with business goals.
