Required Skills & Qualifications

• Practitioner Level PI Planning and AGILE/SAFe experience
• AI Delivery experience within a financial institution
• Demonstrated experience building monthly reporting and/or AGILE reporting using vibe code tools like vscode, cursor, codex
• Strong relationship management in enterprise or financial services environments
• Technical fluency with APIs, AI/ML or GenAI concepts, platform-based delivery, and SDLC

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or API products
• Prior role in Account Management, Client Success, Product Operations, or Technical Program Management
• Exposure to financial services domains (consumer, markets, banking)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned LOB stakeholders, building trusted, long-term partnerships
• Drive usage and expansion of GenAI capabilities across LOB use cases
• Capture and scope enhancement requests, prioritize with platform/product teams
• Coordinate end-to-end resolution of production issues with platform engineering and support teams
• Educate LOB teams on platform capabilities, best practices, and onboarding patterns
• Track usage, adoption metrics, issues, and satisfaction; provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
