Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Test Automation Engineers with strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, API Automation, and Agentic AI/LLM Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable automation frameworks, validating AI-driven applications, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
• Develop automated API test suites using tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, or equivalent frameworks.
• Perform validation and testing of LLM-based and Agentic AI applications, including prompt testing, response validation, hallucination detection, and performance assessments.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless execution in DevOps environments.
• Create reusable automation libraries and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to define automation strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports.
• Execute cross-browser, regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Implement quality metrics, test reporting, and continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience testing Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI workflows, or AI-powered applications.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with API automation and test framework development.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
• Experience with test reporting frameworks like Allure or Extent Reports.
• AI/ML testing certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG-based systems, AI agents, and prompt engineering validation.
• Experience testing conversational AI platforms and chatbot solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps and AI model lifecycle testing.
