What you will own

• Work alongside customer teams to understand workflows, assess data readiness and agree the problem, scope and measurable success criteria.
• Design data platforms and AI applications; build prototypes with customer feedback and translate validated designs into estimates and statements of work.
• Build critical components, review code and guide engineers and partners through integration, testing and production deployment.
• Own technical decisions and customer escalations; validate outcomes with users, coach customer teams and turn delivery lessons into reusable patterns.

Core engineering skills shared across our team

• Building full stack applications. Understand how user interfaces, APIs and backend services work together; build, modify and debug components relevant to your role.
• Managing data. Work with SQL, databases, data pipelines and APIs; maintain data quality, access controls and appropriate handling of customer data.
• Designing system architectures. Translate requirements into practical designs and explain tradeoffs in cost, performance, complexity and maintainability.
• Making systems secure and reliable. Apply least privilege, encryption, secrets management, testing, error handling and recovery practices.
• Scaling and operating in production. Use version control, automated deployment, monitoring and runbooks; troubleshoot issues and manage performance and cloud costs.

What you bring

Experience leading customer-facing data and AI implementations into production. Strong Python and SQL skills, data modelling, pipelines, API integration and AWS architecture. Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock, retrieval-augmented generation and agent workflows. Able to guide cloud delivery and recognise when specialist support is needed.

Requirements

Required 7+ years of minimum experience

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional .

Certifications must be active. Candidates must also demonstrate practical delivery skills and clear customer communication.

Education is important and experience is critical for this role.

Must be in Hyderabad as we build the team.
