Work alongside customer users and engineers to build AI applications that solve real workflow problems. Partner with the Lead Data and AI Architect and AWS Solutions Architect to take prototypes into secure, maintainable production deployments.

Attoforce helps enterprise customers in India and ASEAN adopt AI and cloud through advisory, implementation and managed services. We are building a small delivery team that works closely with customers and AWS, turning project experience into reusable solutions.

What you will own

• Observe customer workflows, clarify user needs and agree acceptance checks; build interfaces, backend services and APIs using Python and a modern web stack.
• Develop AI workflows with tools such as harness, temporal, AWS, retrieval, enterprise integrations and human approval where needed.
• Create evaluations and automated tests; handle unreliable model output, prompt injection, tool permissions, latency and usage costs.
• Demonstrate working software frequently, test with users and iterate on feedback; deploy, monitor and troubleshoot applications, then coach customer teams and document handover.

Core engineering skills shared across our team

• Building full stack applications. Understand how user interfaces, APIs and backend services work together; build, modify and debug components relevant to your role.
• Managing data. Work with SQL, databases, data pipelines and APIs; maintain data quality, access controls and appropriate handling of customer data.
• Designing system architectures. Translate requirements into practical designs and explain tradeoffs in cost, performance, complexity and maintainability.
• Making systems secure and reliable. Apply least privilege, encryption, secrets management, testing, error handling and recovery practices.
• Scaling and operating in production. Use version control, automated deployment, monitoring and runbooks; troubleshoot issues and manage performance and cloud costs.

What you bring

Strong software engineering with Python, APIs, SQL, Git and automated tests; experience with a modern frontend framework. Evidence of deployed AI applications, enterprise integrations and structured evaluation. Able to explain technical choices to customers and take responsibility for production issues.

Requirements

Required 5+ years of experience

Required AWS Certified Developer – Associate.

Preferred AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional.

Certifications must be active. Candidates must also demonstrate practical delivery skills and clear customer communication.

Users validate that the application improves their workflow; releases meet agreed evaluation and security checks; customer teams can support it and the team can reuse proven components.
