About The Job

• We're looking for a Tech Lead to guide the engineering team to help build and maintain customer facing, business-critical applications for One Ground products.
• You'll combine hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership - setting design standards, mentoring developers, and delivering reliable, scalable systems that solve business needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead the design and development of front-end and back-end technologies for customer-facing, business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Perform and oversee coding, testing, and debugging TypeScript and React applications.
• Leverage AI to assist and accelerate software development lifecycles including development, code review, test case generation and security review with human review of all AI generated code. Set guidelines and guardrails for the rest of the team to follow in adopting AI assisted development.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Build reliable, scalable and secure systems to support high-performance business critical systems.
• Provide on-call support during scheduled periods. Triage production issues and identify the root cause for problems along with practical solutions for mitigation and resolution.
• Mentor and develop junior developers, perform code reviews, and implement best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, NestJS, Prisma, and SQL, including data modeling and database design.
• Extensive leadership experience and strong team-building abilities.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum teams.
• Exceptional communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in triaging production issues and identifying the root cause for problems along with practical solutions for mitigation and resolution.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Azure API-M, Azure devops.
• Experience in Logistics Industry.

Work Environment

• On-site role based at the MYQ location, supporting the U.S. team in real time.
• Works a U.S.-aligned shift, approximately 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (covering U.S. Central Time morning hours).
• Comfortable in an Agile / Scrum environment, working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting.
