About The Job

• We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to drive automated testing for One Ground Products.
• You'll design and maintain automated test suites, build test harnesses and data sampling for regression automation, and partner with developers to ship reliable software at speed.

Essential Job Functions

• Define test objectives; write and execute test cases and test scenarios; and perform test planning activities.
• Develop comprehensive test cases based on user acceptance criteria. Leverage Azure devops test suite to maintain test plans.
• Build and manage capabilities to generate data sampling needed to build test harnesses and automate regression testing.
• Leverage AI to assist and accelerate software development lifecycles including test case generation with human review of all AI generated code. Follow guidelines and guardrails set by technical leads in adopting AI assisted development.
• Perform functional and load testing, including low-level API testing within a microservices architecture.
• Effectively document identified defects and coordinate with development team to resolve product issues.
• As a member of a cross-discipline team, actively participate in all team activities toward a common goal.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong test-automation focus.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Postman, Karate and load-testing tools.
• Experience building and maintaining automated regression suites and test harnesses.
• Experience in functional and load testing, and low-level API testing within a microservices architecture.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum teams.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment

• On-site role based at the MYQ location, supporting the U.S. team in real time.
• Works a U.S.-aligned shift, approximately 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (covering U.S. Central Time morning hours).
• Comfortable in an Agile / Scrum environment, working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting.
