Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM). The role will work closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, migrate, and optimize modern endpoint management solutions, while providing technical guidance and hands-on delivery support.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements for endpoint and device management.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Support co-management and migration from SCCM to Intune, including workload transition and modernization planning.
• Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Update, and endpoint security policies.
• Support Windows Autopilot design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot complex Intune/SCCM issues across Windows and enterprise endpoint environments.
• Provide architecture recommendations, technical workshops, assessments, and implementation guidance.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, operational guidance, and best practices.
• Work with customer IT teams and stakeholders to drive successful solution adoption and delivery.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Solid experience with Intune device management, compliance, application management, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint security.
• Experience with SCCM infrastructure, application/package deployment, software updates, OS deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Intune/SCCM co-management and endpoint modernization/migration projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise endpoint management projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and broader Microsoft security solutions.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
