Workload Automation Consultant

As a Workload Automation Consultant, you will be the primary customer-facing advisor for our internal business units. Instead of maintaining backend platform infrastructure, your mission is to design intelligent, application-level workflows, eliminate manual touchpoints, and pioneer AI-driven automation innovations directly with our customers.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Advanced Redwood RunMyJobs certifications (preferred).

Technical Profile

Workload Automation Expertise

Strong practical experience in designing and configuring application workflows in enterprise systems such as Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ), Broadcom Automic (UC4) or similar workload automation tools.

Scripting & APIs

Proven proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript) and working with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate disparate systems.

AI & Automation Tools

Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, Generative AI APIs, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is highly desirable.

No Infrastructure Overhead

Understanding of OS architectures (Linux, Windows) is required, but you are excited that your core focus is on delivering business value at the application layer, not server maintenance.
