  • Support and enhance core financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage and optimize integration between NetSuite and third-party applications, ensuring accurate and reliable data flow across systems.
  • Lead data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing, and implementation activities related to system enhancements, acquisitions, and new deployments.
  • Provide post-go-live support, ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite technical support, troubleshooting system issues, managing support requests, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver scalable system solutions.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes within NSPB, including model administration, workflow management, data integrations, and user support.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, governance standards, and change management processes while delivering end-user training and regular status reporting.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience administering NetSuite ERP within an accounting, finance, or business systems environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) or a similar budgeting and forecasting platform preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP functionality, including workflows, saved searches, custom records/fields, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
  • Understanding of core accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
  • Experience supporting NetSuite implementations, system upgrades, data migrations, integrations, and ongoing system administration preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, documentation, and training skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with integrated business applications such as ADP, Ramp, BlackLine, Avalara, or similar platforms is a plus.
