Healthcare’s helping hand.

CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.

Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

CHG Healthcare is looking for a Manager, Product Management to join our team and lead product managers responsible for internal sales tools across connected enterprise platforms, including Salesforce. This role translates business and sales strategies into coordinated product roadmaps that improve sales productivity and how our internal teams get work done. You will align priorities and dependencies across product lines, guide investment decisions, and hold the team accountable for measurable business outcomes. You will also develop product managers through coaching and clear expectations, strengthen the team’s use of research, data, and AI, and partner across teams to ensure internal improvements support the broader provider and client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and sales strategies into shared priorities across internal sales products. Guide product managers in building business cases and roadmaps, evaluate costs and trade-offs, and resolve competing priorities and dependencies with peer leaders. Hold the team accountable for measurable outcomes after launch.
  • Set expectations for customer research and coordinate discovery across product lines so roadmap decisions reflect the needs of sales representatives, sales leaders, business partners, and other internal users. Partner with Experience Design to establish consistent workflows across products. Align with teams responsible for provider and client experiences when initiatives require their support, and ensure internal changes account for impacts on those experiences.
  • Establish consistent measures of success across product lines, including sales productivity, adoption, workflow efficiency, and business results. Review evidence and results with product managers, challenge assumptions, and use findings to adjust priorities and investment recommendations.
  • Build alignment with engineering, design, operations, and business leaders on shared priorities, decision ownership, and delivery commitments. Set clear standards for the team’s writing and communication, present recommendations to executives, and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs early. Ensure concerns reach the appropriate decision-makers.
  • Develop product managers through regular coaching, feedback, and review of their work against clear product management expectations. Strengthen the team’s ability to connect strategy to roadmap decisions, evaluate complex problems across systems, and apply AI effectively. Pilot AI-supported workflows across the team, with appropriate verification and safeguards.

Qualifications

  • Enterprise product management across connected platforms and operational workflows, including accountability for outcomes, balancing competing priorities, and coordinating roadmaps and dependencies across product lines.
  • Clear writing and communication tailored to the audience, including actionable executive recommendations and timely updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs. Ability to influence peers, clarify decision ownership, and coach product managers using clear expectations and feedback on their work.
  • Ability to use customer research and experience design to improve how internal teams get work done, including how they navigate information, use technology, and move through workflows across systems and teams.
  • Financial and analytical judgment to build business cases with clear assumptions and measurable outcomes, evaluate costs and margins, define meaningful metrics, and determine whether test results reflect actual improvements or other factors.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems and AI, including the ability to break down complex problems and evaluate data flows, APIs, integrations, and platform limitations with engineering to inform solution decisions. Uses AI to support research, analysis, and prototyping, verifies critical outputs, and follows privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Education & Experience

  • 8+ years of enterprise product management experience, including owning outcomes for a full product line and products spanning multiple systems or business functions
  • 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring other product managers, formally or informally, with examples of coaching that improved product judgment or work quality
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience managing products built on or integrated with Salesforce, with working knowledge of its data model, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience with enterprise modernization, shared platform capabilities, or AI-enabled workflows that produced measurable business or user outcomes.
  • Experience in healthcare services, staffing, or other service businesses with complex operational workflows
