Candidates will collaborate with ServiceNow platform owners, developers, business stakeholders, architects, and quality engineering teams to embed automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

Experience working in healthcare environments is highly desirable, particularly within organizations supporting complex clinical, administrative, operational, and enterprise technology workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain reusable ATF test steps, test scripts, and automation components.
  • Support testing across ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Service Portal, and other applicable platform solutions.
  • Design and execute automated tests for workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise regression testing strategies to support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, releases, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to support continuous testing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, business analysts, enterprise architects, and product owners to ensure solutions are designed with testability in mind.
  • Analyze test execution results, troubleshoot failures, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
  • Establish testing standards, automation metrics, dashboards, and quality KPIs to measure test coverage, effectiveness, and overall platform quality.
  • Define and implement strategies for test data management, test environments, dependencies, and automated test execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to quality engineering and test automation resources, as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, reduce manual testing efforts, and increase overall quality engineering maturity.
  • Ensure testing practices align with healthcare industry requirements, organizational security standards, data privacy expectations, and applicable regulatory obligations.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, including enterprise implementations, configurations, development, and application capabilities.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), including test case development, test suites, reusable test steps, and automated regression testing.
