BA Industrial Solutions APAC Integrated Management System (IMS)

The BA Integrated Management System (IMS) is the specialist responsible for the strategic and operational development, maintenance and continuous improvement of an IMS for the BA based on all relevant external, internal as well as Group Sector requirements. Ensure Quality performance monitoring and benchmarking within BA including analysis of data. The BA IMS specialist also supports to drive Quality strategy and culture within the BA.

The main areas of responsibilities of the BA IMS specialist:

1. BA Rule Governance and Management System

• Implementation and maintenance of a BA IMS based on CT Standards
• Ensure Rule governance for the BA
• Coordination of BA Key User for standard IT tools for IMS
• Evaluation of BA specific requirements for IMS
• IMS Document Control and Trainings

2. Quality Strategy & Culture

• BA Implementation of the Quality Strategy based on CT Quality Vision, Mission and Strategy
• Roll-out of CT Quality Strategy within the BA organization
• Roll-out of Quality culture campaigns within BA
• Adapt and roll out Group & Sector Quality Campaigns. Execute Events (e.g. Q-Day)

3. Quality Competence and Skills

• Use, adapt and deploy the Competencies / Skills matrix including the respective general and specific trainings
• Deploy the respective Quality Methods to fulfill the Customer Quality Requirements / Norms & Standards
• BA Business Process Owners and Roll out and deploy the Quality tools (e.g.CQ, QDA,…)

4. Performance Monitoring & Benchmarking

• Execution of BA specific KPI and Metrics Planning Process (e.g. NCC-Budget) in collaboration with our BA Operational Quality.
• Ensure KPI Reporting according to the CT Quality Reporting Standards
• Implementation of dashboards and cockpits for performance monitoring and benchmarking
• Review and analysis of performance and benchmark data for the BA

5. Project Management

• Support and coordinate the generic Project Management BA Activities according to the CT Standards
• Support of Project Leader and Coordination of BA Project Management Process
• Support the Implementation and maintenance of the Project Management Reporting Process
• Support the coordination of Project Management Coaching
• Support the coordination of BA Project Management Lesson Learned Process

6. BA Network

• Drive IMS network within the BA (and Project Management when required)
• Regular exchange with BA Segments and Central Functions
• Regular exchange with Plant Quality Mangers
• Regular exchange with other Group Sector Management System Responsible

1. Education / Certification

Academic degree, e.g. in the field of Engineering, Production Technology, Business Administration with operational focus.

2. Professional Experience

Several years of professional experience and methodological competence in the field of Quality Management. Broad functional work experience including operations. Experience in different organizations (cross BA, Group Sector).

3. Project and Process Experience

Several years of experience in structured problem solving, continuous improvement and project management as well as analytical competence. Several years of experience in Management Systems. Several years of experience in strategy development processes and change management. Experience in auditing of management systems will be an added advantage.

4. Leadership Experience

Several years of international and cross functional team lead experience (e.g. project manager or leading special task). Has skills in conflict management and networking.

5. Intercultural / International Experience

Experience in intercultural communication and implementation of international programs, processes or strategies.

Location in Ninghai (China) or applicable location within APAC if required.
