Debug in French, Live in Porto: Helpdesk Support Technician (T3)

Imagine this

you start your shift remotely, a user opens a ticket in French, and you find the root cause of the application error before your coffee gets cold.

A typical day

• Receive support requests through tickets and chat
• Join video calls with users who need level-3 help
• Analyse errors and test fixes using tools like Postman and MySQL
• Document what you learn and suggest improvements

You're a match if you have

• Native-level French and English B2
• MySQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office skills
• Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn

Details

Rotating Monday to Friday shifts (08:00–17:30), mostly remote, with one office day per quarter in the Porto area.
