Change Manager - Communication Specialist with German (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers, project managers, and project teams on communication strategies and the effective communication of project-related topics.
• Plan and coordinate external project communications directed at customers and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain various communication materials, including newsletters, Confluence pages, emails, release notes, intranet articles, presentations, and other communication content.
• Produce clear, accurate, error-free, and audience-oriented communications in both German and English.
• Manage and respond to inquiries received through the project mailbox.
• Support and maintain established communication channels and activities, including:
• ESM Quarterly News (quarterly newsletter)
• ESM Release Notes (monthly)
• Reporting Release Notes (monthly)
• Daily management of the ESM mailbox
• Communication of planned downtimes and maintenance windows (every 1 to 3 months)
• Creation and maintenance of Confluence pages
• Preparation and distribution of topic-specific email communications to various target audiences

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in planning and delivering IT-related communications.
• Experience in corporate internal communications.
• Experience in providing communication consulting and advisory services.
• Ability to create clear, accurate, and error-free written content in both German and English.
• Strong ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage communication initiatives from planning through execution within agreed timelines.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical topics into simple, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Reliable, conscientious, and detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality assurance.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum) is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is considered an advantage.

Language Skills

• German: Good working proficiency (written and spoken).
• English: Nice to have

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1150€ /brutto.

• Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
