German speaking Agile Coach with Requirements Engineering Expertise (m/f/d)

Role Overview

The Requirements Engineer is responsible for analyzing, refining, and managing business and technical requirements throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. This role serves as the primary link between requestors, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, implemented, tested, and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming business and technical requirements.
• Refine and clarify requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage requirements.
• Break down requirements into actionable work packages and user stories for sprint planning in cooperation with development teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for requestors and stakeholders regarding requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders and requestors to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Maintain and continuously update requirements in the Kanban board, ensuring end-to-end traceability from request intake through final delivery.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support requirement analysis, refinement, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Support agile delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM-related products and platforms, particularly:
• ITSM
• SMAX (Service Management Automation X)
• Operations Orchestration (OO)
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Professional business-level German language skills for daily communication and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the listed responsibility areas and product environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with requirements management, backlog management, and sprint planning processes.
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.

Language Skills

• German: Professional business proficiency (written and spoken)
• English: Nice to have

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300€ /brutto.
