Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, application, and business monitoring.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Build and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Monitor Azure cloud services, AKS clusters, and production workloads to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Define and maintain SLI, SLO, SLA, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Create automated alerting and notification workflows for proactive issue detection.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve application performance and monitoring coverage.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot production issues using metrics, logs, and traces.
