• Minimum 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT Asset Management solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)
• Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
• Service Catalog
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• REST API integrations
• Extensive experience building Catalog Items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment workflows.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with:
• Import Sets
• Transform Maps
• Data Imports
• Workflow Automation
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery concepts.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM concepts.
