Essential Job Functions

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that support Channel Insights, AI Insights, AskAiri, and other strategic AI initiatives.
• Build and maintain production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using AWS services.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging structured and unstructured enterprise data sources.
• Engineer and optimize AI pipelines using Amazon Bedrock, OpenSearch, Lambda, Glue, S3, and related AWS services.
• Design and implement vector databases, embeddings pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge-grounding frameworks.
• Build AI agents capable of reasoning, orchestration, workflow automation, and tool usage across enterprise systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, and data engineers to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Develop prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, guardrails, and responsible AI controls.
• Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and enterprise AI standards.
• Drive production readiness, scalability, observability, security, governance, and FinOps best practices for AI workloads.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI and data services including:
• Amazon Bedrock
• OpenSearch
• Lambda
• Glue
• S3
• ECS/EKS
• API Gateway
• Step Functions
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and production deployment patterns.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and enterprise AI controls.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting conversational AI platforms similar to AskAiri.
• Experience building intelligent analytics products similar to AI Insights or Channel Insights.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
• AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification.
• Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch Vector Engine, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, hallucination mitigation techniques, and AI quality testing.
• Experience working within enterprise AI governance and architecture review processes.
