About The Job

• We're looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer to design and build software solutions for our One Ground Products. Using Java / Spring, API development, and event-streaming technologies, you'll deliver reliable, scalable applications in a collaborative Agile team.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop back-end systems using Spring technologies under the guidance of Senior technical leads to solve business requirements.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging of One Ground applications.
• Leverage AI to assist and accelerate software development lifecycles including development, code review, test case generation and security review with human review of all AI generated code.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Build reliable, scalable and secure systems to support high-performance business critical systems.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in software development.
• Required experience in Java / Spring and API development.
• Experience with event-streaming technologies.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum teams.
• Exceptional communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment

• On-site role based at the MYQ location, supporting the U.S. team in real time.
• Works a U.S.-aligned shift, approximately 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (covering U.S. Central Time morning hours).
• Comfortable in an Agile / Scrum environment, working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting.
