About The Job

• We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, customer-centered experiences across our web, mobile, and reporting interfaces. You'll turn business requirements into prototypes and polished designs, working closely with product engineers and business analysts.

Essential Job Functions

• Plan and run user interviews and usability tests with business partners representing dispatchers, drivers, customer service, shippers, and turn findings into design decisions.
• Work with business analysts, who own requirements, to understand the problem before you design.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design interfaces for web, mobile web, native mobile and reporting dashboards.
• Design to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standards.
• Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders and engineers, and incorporate their feedback.
• Prepare developer handoff in Figma, and review built interfaces for design quality.
• Take part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.
• Apply, maintain and extend the company's style guide, components and design to keep product feel consistent across systems.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on web or software products.
• Strong Figma skills: components, auto layout and interactive prototypes.
• A portfolio of case studies that shows your process, from problem to research to final design. Please include a link with your application.
• Experience planning and running usability research.
• Experience designing for complex, data-rich or workflow-heavy applications such as internal tools, B2B software or dashboards.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum teams, and handing designs off to developers.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical limits when you recommend a solution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment

• On-site role based at the MYQ location, supporting the U.S. team in real time.
• Works a U.S.-aligned shift, approximately 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (covering U.S. Central Time morning hours).
• Comfortable in an Agile / Scrum environment, working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting.
