What Will You Do

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, defects, performance issues, API failures, connectivity problems, and service requests for enterprise Java applications.
  • Investigate and resolve Java and Spring Boot issues involving JVM performance, garbage collection, memory utilization, threading, application startup failures, and runtime exceptions.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines, build activities, deployments, release validation, rollback planning, configuration management, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Utilize approved AI-enabled support tools for incident triage, log analysis, root-cause investigation, operational automation, and knowledge retrieval activities.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, identify recurring issues, implement permanent fixes, and drive initiatives focused on operational stability and service improvement.
  • Maintain operational documentation including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, known-error databases, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with L1/L2/L3 teams, developers, infrastructure, middleware, database, security, and business stakeholders to ensure effective incident resolution and service delivery.
