Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior SRE to design, automate, and support reliable cloud and on-prem production platforms. You will lead incident response, improve reliability, and reduce manual effort across mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and support reliable cloud and on-prem production platforms.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and operational automation.
• Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance improvements.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, security, scalability, and deployment velocity while reducing technical debt.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Production Operations.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, monitoring/observability tools, incident management, and RCA.
• Scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production systems with high availability requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, reliability improvements, and automation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry.
• Datadog, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry experience.
• SLO/SLI practices, ITSM processes, and large-scale production support.
• Leadership potential and a continuous-improvement mindset.
