The main function of the User Experience Designer is to work with product teams to design and deliver high quality client-centered, effective, consistent and usable interfaces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the evolution of Customer Experience by developing the CX portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture.
• Drive customer experience strategy and best practices with cross‑functional teams to implement applications and platforms that deliver a cohesive end‑to‑end experience.
• Participate in project delivery, navigating obstacles across multiple teams and roles through diligent planning, attention to detail, clear communication, and efficient decision‑making.
• Demonstrate strong passion and hands‑on technical experience.
• Contribute to concept service designs and create CX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and storyboards in partnership with domain architects.
• Apply exceptional problem‑solving skills to identify issues quickly, determine root causes, and select executable solutions within departmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with eBusiness CX architects, technical architects, and data/content owners to define the elements required to deliver high‑quality experiences.
• Stay current with innovative processes and advancements in experience design.
• Engage with business partners responsible for various elements of the customer experience, as well as vendors supporting those areas.
• Work directly with dealers and end customers as needed, with interactions spanning the full breadth of the company’s business model and organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with Global Product Owners (GPOs), Marketing/Product Support Managers, and Directors across internal and external groups.
• Communicate investment needs, architectural changes, and business requirements to ensure solutions can be developed to deliver the best possible experience.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree required w/ 8 years experience required, OR,

Masters degree w/ 5 years experience required

REQUIRED SKILLS

Top 4 Skills

Proficient in Figma, asks insightful questions, effective communication, willingness to collaborate

• At least 3+ years UX Design experience
• Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
• 3 years of experience with design tools such as Figma (required 1+ years), Sketch and other UX/UI software
• Comfortable working autonomously with product and engineering teams
