This individual is highly hands-on, with strong working knowledge of Java and modern AI tools, and is comfortable moving between architecture, prototyping, technical problem-solving, and implementation guidance. They can translate complex business needs into clear technical approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are both robust and aligned to business outcomes.The ideal candidate works effectively across organizations, building trusted relationships with technology, product, operations, and business stakeholders. They are collaborative, pragmatic, and execution-focused, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams. Strong Proficiency in Java 17 or later, including Java concurrency, lambda expressions, and functional programming

Good Experience with Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and related technologies.

Good proficiency in SQL and experience with major database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
