Atlassian JIRA and Confluence administrator

Required Skills –

• JIRA , Confluence , JIRA Service Desk Administration.
• Installation/Up-gradation of JIRA/Confluence.
• Installing/upgrading Add-on’s/Plugins.
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Linux administration to support application/infrastructure related problems.
• Basic knowledge required on Oracle/PostgreSql database.
• Performance tuning of the applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience on automating the tasks such as application upgrades , installations etc.
• Shell/python/Groovy scripting knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience on the cloud platforms like AWS, GCP.
