Director of Analytics at Experian. We’ll keep it in your applied jobs, so you can see it later and be warned before applying to the same employer twice.

The Director of Analytics is the product leader for Experian Health's datamart, analytical tooling, AI-ready data governance, and data commercialization. You will build and lead a team that gives internal product, engineering, and business teams, as well as external customers, the data, tools, and infrastructure they need to get insights quickly. You will also shape how Experian Health turns its data and insights into products.

You will report to the Chief Product Officer.

You'll have the opportunity to

  • Define and own the strategy and roadmap for Experian Health's datamart, analytical tooling, and data infrastructure.
  • Set the strategy for self-serve analytical tooling so internal teams and customers can generate insights on their own.
  • Own data governance standards, including data quality monitoring, lineage, and definitions, to keep data accurate and ready for AI/ML use.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Compliance to meet regulatory, security, and privacy requirements (such as HIPAA) as the datamart scales.
  • Identify where AI and automation can speed up insight generation, data quality monitoring, and governance.
  • Build, develop, and lead a team across analytics, data platform, and tooling, setting clear priorities and OKRs.
  • Partner with product leaders (Billing Office, Clearinghouse, Eligibility & Coverage, Patient Financial Experience, Innovations), Sales, and Client Success, and present strategy and progress to the Chief Product Officer and senior leadership.
  • Build the business case for data commercialization, turning Experian Health data and insights into products customers will pay for.
  • 8+ years of experience in data platform, analytics, or data product leadership, including 3+ years managing a team.
  • Experience building or scaling an enterprise datamart, data platform, or analytical tooling function.
  • Experience with data governance, including data quality, lineage, and definition standards, and preparing data for AI/ML use.
  • Experience building or supporting data commercialization or data-as-a-product initiatives.
  • Experience with data infrastructure, pipelines, and BI/analytical tooling, partnering with engineering on architecture decisions, and applying AI/ML to data platform or analytics problems.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or another regulated industry with data privacy requirements preferred; knowledge of Epic, Meditech, or Oracle EHR data infrastructure is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (computer science, data engineering, statistics, or related).
